＜ご注文の流れ＞
日本国内・海外 (※現在海外への発送は行っておりません。)
通常、ご注文を頂いてからの制作となります。制作期間が約1カ月前後となり、決済確認後、制作開始となります。Contact画面お問い合わせフォームより下記を明記の上ご連絡くださいませ。
お名前・ご住所・お電話番号・メールアドレス（携帯以外）・ご注文商品・数
追って、詳細をメール致します。
*材料手配や状況によりご注文を承れない場合がございます。
*制作期間は状況により前後する可能性がございますのでご了承下さい。
*オーダー商品となりますので、代金お支払い後のキャンセル等は承っておりません。
＜お支払方法＞
クレジット決済（※現在使用を中止しております。）と銀行振り込みのどちらかをお選びいただけます。
クレジット決済をご希望の方：お問い合わせフォームより必要事項を記載の上ご注文下さい。ご注文確認後、当方からお客様へ請求書メールが送信されます。メールに記載されております”今すぐ支払う”ボタンをクリックしていただくと、”カードで支払う”ボタンに移行しますのでそのままクレジット決済をお願い致します。
PayPal決済を通じて全てのクレジットカードがご利用頂けます。PayPalは世界中で利用されている安全・簡単なオンライン決済方法です。
銀行振り込みをご希望の方：ご注文確認後、振り込み口座記載のメールを送信致しますので、ご注文日から1週間以内にお振り込みをお願い致します。
クレジット決済・銀行振込どちらも、1週間を過ぎてもご入金が確認出来なかった場合はキャンセルとして扱わせていただきますのでご了承下さい。
＜配送方法＞
郵便局から定形外郵便での発送となり、配送料が全国一律１０００円となります。商品完成後、ご到着までに2-5日営業日となっております。（交通状況により遅延の可能性あり。）発送後、お客様の商品追跡番号記載のメールを送信させて頂きます。配送状況は、日本郵便追跡ｻｰﾋﾞｽにてご確認頂けます。→【郵便追跡ｻｰﾋﾞｽ】
また、万が一配送途中での紛失・破損の場合、一切の責任を負いかねますのでご注意下さいませ。
配送中問題が発生した場合
Ontaから発送後の商品につきまして、お客様の元に届くまでの全ての責任を配送業者に任せています。配送中発生した金額はお客様からの支払いとなります。また発送後は日本郵便によって配送される為、日本郵便とお客様とのやり取りとなります。配送中の盗難や紛失等の返金・責任は承っておりませんのでご了承ください。
返品について
Ontaのジュエリーは一つ一つ手作りで制作されています。その為、一つとして同じものはなく手作りならではの味としてご理解頂いております。商品の返品・返金・交換は承っておりませんのでご了承下さい。但し、国内に限りお修理を受け付けておりますので、ご使用後の破損につきましてはお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。（商品の状態によりお修理が出来ない場合がございます。また、お修理代金が発生する場合がございます。）

All jewelry of Onta start to make from your order after credit card payment.Please send us a mail from the Contact screen in the website with your details that are your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, name of order items, numbre of orders.We will contact you with the details and credit card payment later.Please do that payment procedure clicking the "Buy now" button.
*There is a case that can not make jewelry by material procurement and situation.
*There is a case that delay production period by situation.
*You can not cancel after payment, because all jewelry are made one by one after your order.

Shipping Method
International shipping
We ship the package from JAPAN POST by the sea mail. The flat rate international shipping charge per package is $25.Commodity after completion, estimated shipping time is 1-3 monthsbusiness day.There is a possibility of delay by the traffic situation.And we cannot assume the responsibility even when it disappear and corruption during the delivery.Please notice it.
Unforeseen Shipping Issues
From the time your package leaves Onta until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with delivery company. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. After the package is marked as delivered by Post office, packages become the customer's responsibility. Onta cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. Onta cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.
Returns Policy
Onta jewelry of all are handmade one by one.Onta does not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges because of these irregularities for handmade. However, we might be able to fix depending on the case if breaking your jewelry after using.【Domestic only】Please let us know details of your jewelry.
